Glass Beach is a must-see if you’re ever in the Fort Bragg area. It’s located right on the coast and is made up of tiny bits of glass that have been smoothed by the waves over time. Glass Beach has a fascinating history; it was once used as a landfill, but the Glass Beach phenomenon didn’t start until locals started cleaning up the beach and removing all of the trash.
